Trinity: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit, three coequal, coeternal, distinct, co substantial 100% divine persons (hypostases) sharing one essence/substance/nature

Therefore, I am a Trinitarian because I believe that the Trinity is true.

The Father is God

Jesus Christ is God

Holy Spirit is God

The Trinity is thus true

___________

My explanation:

Ah here’s how I see it. I’m a Trinitarian so i believe in the concept of the Trinity, which is:

Trinity: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit, three coequal, coeternal, distinct, co substantial 100% divine persons (hypostases) sharing one essence/substance/nature

This is a good Bible verses that shows God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, in action

John 14:26 NRSVue But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and remind you of all that I have said to you.

Here, Jesus (God) is speaking, saying that the Father (God) will send the Holy Spirit (God) to teach people. For this to make sense, they must be God and God must be one.

Here’s their different roles.

God the Father is the source of creation, the one who initiates.

Ex: In John 14:26 The Father is the one who sends.

God the Holy Spirit, is the means of creation for God. He is the breath of life that makes us breath in and out, He is the strength that lets us walk and run.

Ex: In John 14:26 The Holy Spirit is the one who teaches.

God the Son (Jesus Christ) is the agent that creates and through which we are saved. He who sacrificed Himself on the cross, He who paid for the sins of the whole world.

Ex: In John 14:26 The Son is the one who speaks.
