Recollection Entry Therapy

My sister feels fine at first, and then she starts crying about her friends who betrayed her, my mother and I we talk with her and comfort her, then she feels better for a while, and then she starts crying again. And this cycle has been repeating itself over and over again for weeks, regularly for the days. Love is patient, and love is kind. And my friends we will never give up on her. We will keep supporting her, no matter how many times we listen to her and talk with her about her feelings. Look, we’re not expecting like an instanteouns change like all of a sudden she feels better, it’s about being patient. Love is something that perserveres, no matter how long it takes. And we will keep supporting her.

John 17:2 "As God gave Jesus authority over ALL FLESH, that he should give eternal life to as many as God have Him."

 

I told her something along the lines of this “If you want, you can talk to me about your feelings, and I will be there to listen to you. To lend you an ear. I’m not an expert and I don’t have the solution to all of your problems, but you can let out your emotions to me, and I will be there for you”. Which, what I mean is, I know that her friends talk about weed, cocaine, alcohol, when my sister is a minor, and other negative things like emotional manipulation, bullying, etc. But I haven’t talked to them as much as my sister has, she’s the person who’s been negatively affected and her feelings are her own. Her feelings are completely valid. I tell her to not hold back the tears and to let them flow, because holding them in can hurt, so it’s best tjust to let them out. I tell her to be careful and watch out when forming new friendships. I show her the criteria of an unhealthy relationship, so she can recognize if she’s in one when forming a new friendship and leave as soon as possible. I show her Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

1 Tim. 4:9-11 "This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance. For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, Who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe. These things command and teach."

Isaiah 57:16 "For I will not contend forever, Nor will I always be angry; For the spirit would fail before Me, And the souls which I have made."

 

What can help is breathing in and breathing out, one thing I showed her. Breathing in through your nostrils, as the Lord breathed the breathe of life into us, and then breathing out. The Lord is life, He is the God of Life, that’s why Jesus Christ grants life to everyone who believes in Him with faith alone. And thus everybody will believe in Christ Jesus with faith only and be permanently saved. Everybody, the whole world will be saved by Him. And thus, all the tears will be wiped away, all the suffering will end.

MALACHI 3:2-3 Who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears? For he will be like a refiner's fire or a laundress's soap. He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver, he will purify the Levies and refine them like gold and silver. Then the Lord will have men who will bring offerings in righteousness.

Luke 23:34 Of those who crucified Him Jesus asked: "Father forgive them; for they know not what they do.

 

It’s difficult when providing help, because I have a big deadline that is fast approaching, but even still, I help her and care for her because I love her as her brother, I respect her. She has the potential to do so many great things in life, and it pains me that she’s been treated in this horrible way by her friends. It’s truly saddening. She doesn’t deserve to be hurt by the people she used to trust.

HABAKKUK 2:3 The revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.

Rev. 5:13 "EVERY CREATURE which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying: blessing and honor and glory and power be to Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever."

 

I’m grateful to my mother to supporting me, she also supports my sister in the same way. She talks with her, even when she’s busy and she also has time-sensitive work that she must accomplish. It can be hard sometimes in life, with all of these deadlines approaching, and it’s difficult to find the time to spend with the ones you care about the most. But, at the end of the day, I care about my family. And I see my work as simply a means to survival, and I care about my family’s survival. So I work as much as I need to in order to ensure my survival and my family’s survival. This whole world has always been about survival, living. And Jesus Christ gives us the ultimate survival, to believe in Him with faith alone and thus be saved. And eventually everyone will be saved by Christ Jesus and all people will go to Heaven.

EZEKIEL 37:12 I will open your graves and bring you up from them, and restore you to the land of Israel . You shall know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and bring you up from them, 0 my people.

Rom. 8:20, 21 "Creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope, because creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God."
