Luke 3:6 All flesh shall see the salvation of God
Journal Entry 77 – Depress Depression
November 30th (Friday) 2017
You know, I find it funny. I donft even care thatfs itfs Friday. Sure, itfs the weekend, but for me, that only means one thing.
Ifm sitting in my room watching anime. [Anime is simply a visual medium, like other content that exists, like books. And like books, there can be good books, like the Bible, cook books, training manuals, fun happy lighthearted books, interesting gripping story books that motivate you]
And when all of these people are there, itfs directed into my momfs own perfectionism and to release it by getting angry. Very angry. As in, yelling so loud that you can hear it all across the house loud. (Yes, it even hurts my own ears when Ifm in my room with the door closed, thatfs why I so badly want a noise cancelling room and/or headphones,
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
Okay, you know what, Ifm not worrying about the future, even if that future is close by. Just because itfs close by or itfs something big or dangerous or annoying doesnft make it any less of the future. In fact, it proves that itfs more of the future by me not having a clear visual of it and having to exaggerate it this much. gItfs going to horrible and awful and terribleh. Yeah, my perception of it, I just need to stay positive and Ifll be happy. (Though, easier said than done considering Ifm naturally pessimistic).
Philippians 4:4 - Rejoice in the Lord alway: [and] again I say, Rejoice.
Romans 5:3, And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
Psalms 5:11 - But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
I will not fall for these perfectionistic traps of catering my obsessions of evangelism into my own compulsions of reading a bunch of bible blogs about them.
Ok, that was beautiful. You donft have to be crazy about religion and keep on doing all of these things to get people to come, just invite people to your local church or something and talk to them at your place about the Bible, an intellectual study. [Evangelize just at your own pace, relax and donft stress my friends. Faith alone saves, thatfs all thatfs needed] For now, we must wait until the Holy Spirit provides oppurtunities, or we can create oppurtunities ourselves, not by barging into someonefs house and knocking on their door like the police military, but doing good deeds for other people (like how Jesus healed the sick) and getting them to believe that way. [Donft be forced to do good deeds for people, but do it when you feel like it, out of kindness]
Besides, a job canft fire you for that. Youfd be known as the good Christian, while all those crazy fundamentalist gevangelicalh door knockers, fundamentalist street preachers and fundamentalist bus ministers will be known as the crazy people (they already are though). [These people are crazy because they are fundamentalists, meaning they promote the lie of forever hell, when the truth is that Hell is temporary and everyone will be saved. All will believe in Christ with faith alone and go to Heaven]
For example, a person asked me if I ever drank alcohol. I said no. Curious, he asked my why that was the case. gAre you a child of Godh. Not to make him mix me up with all the other religions who call their supreme deity the same name, god, I said gIfm a Christianh. Of course, looking back on it now, I should have told him that Ifm just a Christian saved by grace through faith (and to avoid terms that carry on the same meaning of gfundamentalistf in this day and age).
So, Ifll relax and just stick to that.
Though thinking of math, I think Ifve finally realized whatfs the problemc
Ok thatfs pretty neat just figured out that therefs shortcut keys for different types of font options through the utilization ofc
Ctrl + b = Bold
Ctrl + i = Italic
Ctrl + u = Underline
Today in. Beautiful. Not just the answer, but the Lord helping me. He knows me. He knows my situation. He knows that I donft know anybody in that since the few friends I have are all in. So He made me this situation where it was as though I had friends and as though I wasnft scared to go up to people and (not evangelize but) ask them for help or the solutions.
I can see it nowc
Ok, for a second I thought I was going blind there for a second or that I was losing my vision, but the text just turned randomly green for some reason. Anyways, itfs already been 50 minutes of me typing this (felt so quick though, since I was typing quick and really getting into this), so UNCATEGORIZED EVENTS!
Yesterday Yesterday, I didnft have my phone since I left it at home to charge, but today I got it here and because of yesterday, felt not urge to get addicted to it and on a never ending cycle of reading meaningless and pointless Bible blogs
Forget reading other peoplefs stuff, forget even reading my own stuff. Trust in no one just the Bible. I just hope that my stuff hasnft been taking up time that you could have used to read the Bible, though if youfve already read enough of it I get what you going through. sometimes you arenft feeling. Anyways, see you guys later. Byyyyeyeeeeeeeee
Ephesians 2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
Isaiah 31:1 - Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because [they are] many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD!
Psalms 118:8 - [It is] better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
Micah 7:5 - Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
Jeremiah 17:5 - Thus saith the LORD; Cursed [be] the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
Wait, why the hell did suddenly the whole base font turned green, even this.. whhhhhaaattttt??????? Screw it, Ifm relaxing. I need rest, fun rest and anti-suicide relax (greek yogurt 4 the win) seeee yyyaaa
If youfre suffering from evangelism crises, talk to people. I talked to my dad and he reassured me saying only Jehovahfs Witnesses and Mormons go door to door and streat preach. Evangelism is supposed to be happy and fun, enjoying the gift of life. If all we were supposed to do is go to the same doors with the same messages and the same response, then how can we enjoy the rest of life. [I am against Jehovahfs witnesses and Mormons who believe that only a few will be saved, since all will be saved. I am against their work salvations, since itfs faith alone that we are saved]
I will escape this trauma of Jesus-is-Savior.com. [I am against names here because theyfre against Christian Universal Salvation at the time of writing this, even though itfs the truth, that everyone will go to Heaven. Theyfre fundamentalists who promote the lie of eternal hell, when the truth is that Hell will be temporary mental anguish. But I forgive them all, with kindness, as I used to be just like them, but since I, who used to be a fundamentalist, am able to change, thatfs proof that they can all change too.]
the experiences are touching. I may be saddened and wounded and stressed, but at least Ifm not like them. I donft care about rewards in Heaven, Ifm just grateful that Ifm saved, I just want to serve the Lord, thatfs it. I wonft evangelize to earn rewards in Heaven, but because I love the Lord. Not out of fear of loss of rewards (and the consequences of that), but out of love for God. Ifm just not in the situation where I can earn much rewards. The end. [That is, the truth is everyone will receive the same reward of salvation, by grace through faith, all will go to Heaven]
Jesus Christfs purpose is to give you a rich and satisfying life (John 10). Please stop working to obtain Godfs favor. Please accept his free gift of salvation. If this resonates with you, or you have more questions, please write to us or join the conversation below.
Religion grows in suffering and chokes on prosperity. But Christianity, grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ, grows on both and chokes in neither.
Ifm removing the vicious roots, I changed the Jesus-is-Savior unsensitive damaging site to AllAboutGod.com. The only thing wrong with Jesus-is-Savior is that is teaches extreme evangelism, bad and tiring. AllAboutGod is more comforting and natural. Beautiful.
Evangelism should be a part of every Christian's life. However, many believers are scared to death of this word, because they envision street corner proselytizing, door-to-door "cold calling," or sweltering nights in a jungle somewhere. Also, many Christians feel nervous speaking and unequipped to deal with people's questions. Yes, some believers have a "gift of evangelism" and they're called to reach out to the world in dramatic ways. However, all of us are called to be witnesses for Christ and this should be a soft and natural extension of our everyday lives.
While I may have grew up with Jesus is savior, now I trust on allabouttruth.org. Someday I will get his messages of OSAS and make it not so pushy with intense evangelism, that will be my goal and God is calling to it. I will heal from this suffering, I have made things right. Amen.
[And now I trust tentmaker.org, the truth that faith alone salvation is true and that everyone will go to Heaven. All people will believe in Christ Jesus through faith alone]
