John 19:30 "It is finished."
Journal Entry 62 – Hefs a Doctor
November 16th (Thursday) 2017
Did you notice? No, not my nose. No, not my nostrils. You know? You donft? Ok, itfs the title, itfs the first time that Ifve used an apostrophe for these journal entires! Woohoo time to celebrate!
Ok, that was my stress relief fun, now time for the real businessc
At school, I was getting kinda stressed over having a septoplasty, so I decided that Ifll search up gChristian septoplastyh on my phone to see fi anyone else has gone through this beforec letfs seec oh herefs one!

I know itfs specific, but I actually found a result. I thank the Holy Spirit for guiding me to this source of comfort. On the matter of the post however, it was actually quite relatable, two things that I liked about it were.
1) How he states some allergies that he had and how he had to do some other surgeries as well just to get rid of some other stuff.
2) He states how he looks forward to getting a new glorified body in Heaven (donft worry, he believes in Eternal Security and Faith alone, so hefs all good in my books).
Philippians 3:21 - Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
1 Corinthians 15:44 - It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
1 Corinthians 15:42-44 - So also [is] the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
Matthew 22:30 - For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
Matthew 10:28 - And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
That last part is why Ifm not upset that Ifve used up so much years suffering through this Deviated Nasal Septum (Sinus pain), because this pain in life (Law) is what motivated me to realize how imperfect I am (I was born like this) and how nothing I can do can ever make me happy on Earth (Grace). Athiests are content with just enjoying life, as is with every religion, they donft really look into their stuff and accept it at face value because theyfre living it up right now. Itfs why I believe that God oftentimes inflicted His people with pain, so that they could learn how us humans are imperfect and cannot ever be happy without His grace!
For reference, here are the sinus symptoms that Ifm experiencingc
1. Headache near the sinus part of my forehead all the time
2. Ringing in my ears from the mucus moving there when blocked
3. Dizziness due to lack of oxygen
4. Tiredness
5. Shortness of Breath
6. Dry Mouth even after drinking a ton of water due to breathing out of mouth since nose clogged
7. Depression and suicidal tendencies (Lowered quality of life)
While part of me wants to see this as a thorn in the flesh, I donft want this to be the case. While Ifve asked God to humble me, because sometimes I see myself as someone special in the evangelical world when Ifm not, it hurts that it must come to this.
Deuteronomy 6:6-7, And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
I remember how my mom though it was weird that I suddenly mentioned the Bible when we were talking about something unrelated to the Bible. She even said that it made me seem crazy and like a Christian fanatic. I thought I was like that too after talking to her, but now Ifve found a verse that proved my original point, that itfs beneficial to talk about God whenever you can because Jesus is life!
James 1:12 - Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
Psalms 118:8 - [It is] better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
Micah 7:5 - Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
