Journal Entry 58 – Monitoring Myself
November 11th (Sunday) 2017
Today was tiring, despite it being Sunday, but at least the day went fast. When the day doesn’t go fast and I play a lot in it, while I do find it relaxing, I also find it boring. Will the rest of my life be like this, a constant switching from tension to boredom and know middleground in between. Such is the life of a Christian in a world that hates him and Him.
John 15:18-20, If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
Today I woke up early from cuddling my blanket to go to Church. The message… was actually good. It spoke of Jesus given talents to men. I see that Jesus has done the same for not only me, but for all the Christians out there. For me, it’s technology, for another it’s carpentry, music, math, energy, etc. The only difference is that some of them are more profitable than others but God doesn’t care about that physical wealth, He cares about the souls, the souls going to die that need to be saved lest they perish! [The Gospel never leaves us ashamed, so talents in this parable are a metaphor for love. Those with one talent, who love Christ, that’s there talent]
I can work hard no matter where I am! I need to work hard and relaxing when I need rest. Those are the mundane things in life that is made holy in life, for when God is in your life all things are holy for God is your life and your life is of God. Praise the Lord for showing them this truth to show me this truth to show you this truth. His praise propagates through us all, all avenues of life and every venture we take. I’m wounded, I’m tired, I’m angry and jealous and envious, but through faith in Jesus Christ alone I am made righteous as He is. To have the title of the Son of God, that’s motivation enough for me, but even more so with rewards in Heaven. My suffering here does not matter. Like described in the video, I’ve already got my bus ticket to Heaven, so I might as well do good here while waiting, only thing worth doing.

[The unprofitable servant is the one who does not believe in Christ with faith alone. The outer darkness is Sheol, the realm of the dead. They weep and gnash their teeth out of mental temporary anguish, as they recognize themselves as sinners and thus believe in Christ with faith only and are saved. All people in the outer darkness will be saved, and ther shall be no more weeping and gnashing of the teeth for everyone]
Like a heart rate monitor, I monitor myself. I will keep this pace, so that I may heed a high place.
Not just in the Kingdom of Heaven, but in the laps that I pace.
For I will not relapse and waste.
For the Heaven I will taste.
Makes this tribulation all so much more worth.
The anguish, doubt and dread that oh so hurts.
Recently got a new computer monitor for me because they were selling for cheap cheap cheap ($20 each). Despite this, it was a struggle to put it together. The AVA cord wasn’t enough, so we either need a) a new video card for the second monitor or b) that white DVI cord to connect as well. It must be why it keeps entering into Power Saving Mode, since my primary monitor (the one that I’m using right now) can’t detect it because it’s not reading all of it. Since it was hard to connect this and that I’ll have to get use to having this new feature yet burden in my room, I’ll keep this monitor next to my primary monitor for now. After that, I rewarded myself with some tasty Greek Yogurt (custom made lol, just have yogurt + some kellogs thing with coconut, oats and dark chocolate). Tastes great,

My mom recommended that I watch some funny stuff online to boost my mood and get rid of some burn out. Plus, she said that knowing it will help me to use said jokes as a part of my humour too. Even though I’ve already been doing this for the longest time, it felt nice knowing that was understanding me for once. Plus, it will help her feel good thinking that she’s helping me, which she technically isn’t but technically is.

I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for watching over me like the sheep I am to the Shepard. Thank you Father, for dying for my sins and for still staying with me so that I do not feel used to simply reach a statistic in your house, but because you really care for me. You did not save me because you cared just about the numbers and how much people there are in your house, but because you love me and treat me as more than just a value, I have value but I am not a value. You see me as valuable when I cannot see myself as that, when the world calls me a failure you hold me high. Thank you Lord, for blessing me so. Amen.

I hope that list didn’t seem to much like one of those long monitoring lists lol. Anyways, I had to leave them there quickly because it’s already late and I have to sleep not late so I can work my hardest (while still taking breaks because I as an INFJ get burnt out easily) to earn more rewards in Heaven! I rest in His word, His blessed word, my blessed hope, my salvation, is faith alone.
