Journal Entry 121 – Rest Easy

January 15^th (Monday) 2018

Ok, real quick one here. Last night it took a while to sleep, like an hour, but it went by so quick because of my supah soft cuddly blanky!

Now when I got home, I just cuddled for a good 30 mins, went by so quick and was so nice. Ahhhh, relaxing. My tea is ready, I’mma just rest. Boi that’s excellent.

I need money to breathe. Man, I hate this breathing, but I will deal with it until I get the money to fix it. I will invest all of my money into that stuff in the future, because for now I must suffer.

Zut, now that I’ve been seeing my dad more stressed from having to continually drop off my sister to school, I’ve been seeing him become more and more religiously crazy like his dad (my grandpa).

Literally. I was downstairs and overheard him talking to my mom about some telemarketing scam or something. Like, I don’t know what it is, but it’s nothing specific. Anyways, he literally says this…

Dad: Wow, these people are just pure evil. They aren’t even human.

Dad: Those are really the type of people who deserve eternal punishment in hell.

Dad: The type who should be engulfed in the flames for ever and ever.

[Everyone will go to Heaven, Hell is temporary. Christ will save all through faith alone]

Seesh, you act like they’re mass genociders or something. We all deserve to go to hell, so don’t get cocky just because you think you’re special you religious fundie. As a religious expert myself, I’ve highlighted 3 of the quotes he’s used in different fonts (so those aren’t there just for special effects).

Hahaha… I shouldn’t be surprised. After all, his church that he so faithfully attends (just because his friends go to it, aka old men) teaches that same false doctrine. It’s heresy, and it’s wrong. Eternal torture is wrong. People who didn’t accept Christ as their lord and savior go to hell [Sheol, realm of the dead], but eventually [they will accept Christ as their Lord and Savior and go to Heaven, thus all people will.]

But why should I care what he thinks? Not only does it not matter (since I’m saved through faith alone on Christ’s promise to me), but it’s surely wrong.

Overall, I’d say my fav is my mom. Sure she’s harsh and strict to me, but at least she cares,  So if your reading this mom, thank you for not shoving your religious beliefs on me. I truly appreciate it. I’m sorry if I was so much a “religious freak” back then, to quote your words, but I was brainwashed by the cruelty of internet fundamentalism. It’s only now, seeing it from a 3^rd person perspective from my dad, how weird and freakish it truly is. Let’s hope he stops
